At the time of booking The User must pay, within a period not exceeding 48 hours and as a deposit, the equivalent of 35% of the total price. Sa Talaia Blanca reserves the right to request a guarantee against damage, breakage, damage to theft or excessive dirt on the property of destination. If requested, this information will appear in the additional costs section in the description sheet of the property, and will be paid on the day of arrival at the reception always by credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER AND AMERICAN EXPRESS). This amount will be returned within 72 hours after the departure of the property, as long as there have been no damages in the accommodation.

4. Sustainable tourism tax.

6. Changes of date and people.

8. Force Majeure.
In the event of situations of force majeure Sa Talaia Blanca, you may have to make changes to your reservation. If this is not possible to offer the apartment in optimal conditions, the User may choose to accept another apartment or to cancel the reservation. In the latter case, Sa Talaia Blanca will proceed to the payment of the amount entered to date.
The maximum occupancy of the apartment is indicated on the booking confirmation. Exceeding the permitted capacity without prior authorization may lead to cancellation of the contract without right to refund the price paid.The apartment object of the following contract is destined solely and exclusively for use of accommodation, not being able to have different uses and enjoyments, such as banquets, celebrations, parties, seminars, etc ... without the approval and the knowledge of Sa Talaia Blanca. Holding any different activity, as well as exceeding the maximum capacity that has established the apartment in number of beds, will result in immediate termination of the stay and in the terms described above.
10. Characteristics and inventory of housing.

Pet ownership is not allowed.
12. Smoke free zone
The entire hotel is non-smoking. Smoking is only allowed in the areas indicated by the reception staff.
13. Cleaning, lingerie, garden, pool and maintenance.
The apartment will be delivered clean and provided with bed linen, towels and table linen.
If the stay is more than five days, Sa Talaia Blanca will perform the cleaning of the apartment.The day and hour of cleaning of the apartment for stays longer than five days, will be notified the day of the arrival of the User to the agrotourism. The User can change the towels and sheets during this cleaning.
The maintenance of cleaning of the house is the responsibility of the User during his stay.
In the apartments, the person in charge of cleaning, as well as those in charge of the garden, pool and general maintenance, reserve the right to have access to the apartment and access the interior, even without the presence of the User.
14. Check in and check out.
It is essential that the time of entry is from 4 pm to 9 pm. Also, the time of departure must be before 10 am in the morning.
